The Continental Supply Company (defendant in error) was plaintiff in the trial court, and for convenience will be so designated here. In November, 1920, it sold to the Plateau Oil Corporation (herein designated the Plateau Company) certain oil well supplies. Plaintiffs in error, Taylor, Staley, and Frantz, were defendants in the trial court, and we shall so designate them here. They were officers, directors, and stockholders of said Plateau...
