The appellants were plaintiffs below. The suit was brought to restrain the Secretary of Labor and the Commissioner of Immigration of the United States from deporting the plaintiffs from this country upon an alleged finding that plaintiffs were aliens who had entered the country without right and in violation of the immigration statutes. The lower court upon motion dismissed plaintiffs' amended bill for want of merit, and this appeal was taken...
