This libel was filed on January 25, 1918, by Armour & Company against the steamship Fort Morgan in the federal District Court for eastern Louisiana. Recovery was sought for loss and damage to a shipment of 420 head of cattle received by the ship at Port Limon, Costa Rica, for delivery at Jacksonville, Florida.
