This case originated in January, 1919, and on May 18, 1920, the court rendered a decree as follows:

"It is ordered, adjudged, and decreed as follows:

"(1) That the word `Tabasco,' when adopted by plaintiffs' predecessor, as applied to pepper sauce of his manufacture, was not then and is not now employed in a geographical, generic, or descriptive sense, but was and is employed fancifully, and only to indicate ownership and origin...
