This is a petition to review an order of a referee in bankruptcy. Interveners seek to establish an indebtedness against the bankrupt in the sum of $29,000 and to enforce same as a preference growing out of the Mechanic's Lien Law of the state of Missouri (Rev. St. Mo. 1919, §§ 7216-7249). It is apparently admitted by the parties that the indebtedness was originally created under circumstances which brought it within the Missouri law...
