This cause is before me on petition for review, filed by the trustee, complaining of an order of the referee, adjudging that the lease under which the bankrupt held and operated its leasehold, made to it by the Big Sandy Company, had been canceled, as hereinafter set forth, and that therefore this leasehold did not pass to him as an asset of the estate.
