Ochoa Eno and the Bull-Insular Line for the transportation of 100,000 bags of sugar from ports in Porto Rico to New York during the period from December 8, 1921, to December 8, 1924, the claimant respondent undertook to carry on board the steamship Cornelia 10,000 bags of raw sugar from Porto Rican ports to Baltimore, Md., consigned to the shipper's order.
