This is a libel under the Suits in Admiralty Act (Act March 9, 1920 [Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1923, §§ 1251¼-1251¼l]) to recover damages to a cargo of mahogany logs shipped by the libelant on the steamship Mt. Shasta, owned by the United States Shipping Board.
