Three United States letters patent, No. 900,366 to Hans Goldschmidt and Felix Lange, No. 1,075,709 to Hans Goldschmidt and No. 1,153,435 to Felix Lange, assigned to Goldschmidt Thermit Company, are sued upon. Questions of unfair competition were raised at the trial. The patents will be separately considered in the order of issue.
