Dudley, receiver of the Farmers' National Bank of Burlington, Kan., and of that bank from a decree of the court below to the effect that the receiver holds the sum of $1,046.89 in trust for the complainant, Ira A. Pribble, that Mr. Pribble has a preferential right over all other creditors of the bank to payment out of its property in the control of its receiver, and that the receiver pay that amount out...
