This is an appeal by the trustee of the bankrupt, H. C. Kleyne, from an order allowing two claims (as unsecured) to appellee, L. Kleyne, the father of the bankrupt.

The adjudication of bankruptcy, on voluntary petition, was on January 18, 1922. On February 6, 1922, appellee filed two claims. The first was upon a "promissory note for $3,000, duly executed and delivered, * * * said note representing the rent of 200 acres of land in Sioux...
