This is a proceeding under section 266 of the Judicial Code (Comp. St. § 1243). Plaintiff seeks to enjoin the State Railroad Commission and the chief law officer of the state, the Attorney General, from enforcing the orders of the Railroad Commission complained of in the bill, which direct the plaintiff, notwithstanding the expiration of its franchise and notwithstanding an express provision in the franchise that the plaintiff's rights thereunder...
