In 1912 appellant, William Fetzer, a citizen and resident of Illinois, purchased and still owns nine negotiable coupon bonds of $1,000.00 each, payable to bearer, issued of date August 14, 1911, by Minco Drainage District No. 2, Grady county, Oklahoma.
