Suit for infringement of United States patent No. 980,413, January 3, 1911, to Grochau. The patent relates to latches, with special reference to refrigerator doors. The defenses presented are, first, that it is invalid by reason of (a) anticipation, and (b) lack of invention, in view of the prior art; and, second, noninfringement.
