On September 29, 1923, P. C. Hamre, on the petition of three of his creditors, was adjudicated a bankrupt. In due course he applied for a discharge. The trustee appeared in opposition. The matter was referred to a special master, who reported, recommending that a discharge be denied. The court below disregarded the recommendation of the special master, and ordered that a discharge be granted. An appeal...
