This is an appeal from a decree dismissing a creditors' bill, brought by appellants as judgment creditors of Aron Aronstein, seeking to set aside certain conveyances of real estate made by him to his wife, Yette Aronstein, as in fraud of his creditors, and to subject the estate so conveyed to the payment of their judgments. The controlling facts in the case are beyond dispute.
