Rosenberg Bros. & Co., a corporation engaged in the manufacture of men's clothing, having long used the trade-mark "Fashion Park," registered it in three ways: "Fashion Park," "Fashion Park Clothes," and "Tailored at Fashion Park." Discovering that John F. Elliott, a storekeeper in the village of Shenandoah, Pennsylvania, had on sale hats and caps marked "Fashion Park," Rosenberg Bros. & Co. brought this suit, charging him with infringement...
