On July 23, 1923, Dealy obtained a judgment in a tort action for personal injuries against a New York corporation known as Gus Hills, Inc. After affirmance, upon appeal to the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the state of New York, execution of judgment was returned unsatisfied. After examination in supplementary proceedings to judgment, an action in equity was instituted against the alleged bankrupt for unlawful transfer and appropriation...
