This is an appeal from a decree of the federal District Court for the District of Maine, entered August 6, 1924, in a habeas corpus proceeding brought by the appellee, Tozer, against the immigration inspector in charge at Portland, in whose custody he was held under a deportation warrant issued by the Secretary of Labor.
