This action was brought by plaintiff, as the administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, to recover damages for his death. The defendant railroad company is a Pennsylvania corporation, which maintains its office and principal place of business in the Southern district of New York. The plaintiff's decedent was employed by the defendant as a conductor on one of its trains. At the time of his death, which occurred on November 15, 1920...
