Hiram G. Dudley, Sr., died on December 4, 1918, leaving a will, which created a trust estate for the benefit of his children, for life, with remainder over. One of the beneficiaries was Hiram G. Dudley, Jr., a son, who was adjudicated a bankrupt by this court on July 23, 1924. The bankrupt contends that the trust estate under the will is a spendthrift trust, and that therefore his interest therein did not pass to his trustee in bankruptcy. This...
