This case concerns a soda water fountain sold to the bankrupt on conditional sale and placed on leased premises. Thereafter the landlord distrained for rent and seized the fountain, but before he could sell the tenant was thrown into bankruptcy. Whereupon the owner of the fountain petitioned the court to release its property on the ground that by the laws of Delaware the goods of a stranger placed on leased premises by conditional sale were...
