Furness Shipping & Agency Company, Barber & Company, Inc., Wilson & Co., Inc., and Rohe & Bro. will be respectively referred to herein as Furness, Barber, Wilson, and Rohe. Furness was a Dutch corporation, and on August 12, 1915, during the late war, chartered to Barber, a New York corporation, at New York, the Dutch vessel Driebergen for a voyage...
