Ryan, a citizen of Connecticut, against the Northern Railway Company and the United Fruit Company, New Jersey corporations having their usual places of business at Boston, Mass., to recover damages for injuries sustained while a passenger on the Northern Railway Company's road in Costa Rica, Central America.
