This is an appeal from a decree declaring certain premises to be a common nuisance, and denying to appellants the right to occupy or use the same for a period of one year. The suit was brought by the United States under title 2, § 22, of the National Prohibition Act (Comp. St. Ann. Supp. 1923, § 10138½k).
