This is a bill for an injunction, brought by the Market Street Railway Company, a corporation, against the Pacific Gas & Electric Company, a corporation, the Railroad Commission of the State of California, and its several members, constituting such commission, to restrain said defendants from interfering with plaintiff's rights under a certain written contract.
