This is a suit by the William Lyall Shipbuilding Company, owner of the auxiliary motor schooner Cap Nord, against the United States of America, as owner of the S. S. Kehuku, for damages sustained by the Cap Nord as a result of collision with the Kehuku off Stapleton, Staten Island, on August 13, 1920. The cross-suit is by the United States to recover damages to the Kehuku as a result of the same collision.
