The appellant filed this libel in rem to foreclose its maritime lien for repairs upon the steamship Northern Star. The appellee, Luber, was brought in under the fifty-sixth rule in admiralty, for the reason that he claimed to be the owner, by assignment, of a mortgage on the vessel.
