This bill in equity was brought to compel the specific performance of a certain contract made and entered into between New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad Company, plaintiff, and the Pullman Company, defendant. Subsequently, and upon motion granted, the bill was amended. The defendant has filed a motion to dismiss the bill as amended for insufficiency, and it is this motion that is now before the court.
