This is an appeal from a decree of foreclosure of a mortgage. The suit was begun by a bill filed by the New England National Bank of Kansas City. It alleged that H. O. Riggs executed and delivered to the Magdalena Live Stock Loan Association a promissory note, whereby H. O.
