Libelant, United States of America, as owner of a barge designated as No. 29, loaded with stone, claims damages for its loss by sinking as a result of collision with it by the British steamship Le Coq, at or about 4 o'clock a. m. on October 28, 1922, whilst the same was made fast to a mooring barge anchored at the head of the passes of the Mississippi river.
