These two cases, heard together, relate to the same bankruptcy estate.

Robert Forsyth, who, prior to his death on December 21, 1912, was individually carrying on business in Centerville, R. I., under the name and style of Robert Forsyth & Son, provided by his will as follows:

"Eighth. I give, devise and bequeath my mill estate, including all buildings and land now used by me in connection with said estate and the business...
