Plaintiff in error, Schlafly, trustee in bankruptcy of Temtor Corn & Fruit Products Company, brought this suit against Mercantile Trust Company for conversion of $50,000 in United States treasury certificates. From a judgment on a directed verdict for $100 in favor of plaintiff, Schlafly sues this writ of error.
