The Campbell County Hardware Company is a domestic corporation. Its charter was granted May 26, 1922. Its purpose was to sell hardware at Jacksboro. It had the right "to establish by-laws and make all rules and regulations not inconsistent with the laws and the Constitution deemed expedient for the management of its corporate affairs." The charter further provided that "the term of all officers may be fixed by the by-laws of the corporation...
