These are libel proceedings wherein it is sought by the government to have declared forfeited the automobiles described in the caption, because it is alleged that each was engaged in the unlawful removal and concealment of untaxpaid intoxicating liquors, and, inasmuch as the same question is presented in each case, the two are treated as one for the purposes of this opinion.
