In a recent report of the receiver in this case, he called attention to an action brought against him in the District Court of Wichita County, Texas, by J.H. Duhon and H.J. Kebideaux, the object of which is to enforce payment by him of the claim hereinafter described. On examining the report, this Court ordered the plaintiffs in that action to show cause why they should not be enjoined from maintaining it...
