The dredge Hurricane was attached at the instance of employees claiming wages as seamen, and a number of libelants claiming liens for supplies and repairs furnished and made to her and to her machinery in various amounts upon the alleged orders of the Canal Construction Company, a corporation alleged to be the owner.
