On or about March 12, 1920, the Atlantic Coast Line Railway Company, plaintiff in error, also plaintiff in the court below, delivered 24 bales of cotton to defendants, at Columbia, S. C., which should have been delivered to A. J. Salinas at Augusta, Ga. Defendants dealt in cotton and were expecting a shipment of 26 bales from Elloree, S.
