The sole question presented in this proceeding is whether two policies of insurance on the life of the bankrupt whose wife is named as beneficiary passed to the trustee or are exempt from the claims of creditors under the statutes of Ohio. It is admitted that the cash surrender or loan value of one of these policies, issued by the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, was at the date of bankruptcy $387.79, and that the other policy, issued...
