On October 27, 1922, Thomas J. Treadaway was adjudicated a bankrupt. This is a plenary suit by the trustee in bankruptcy to cancel two deeds from the bankrupt to his wife, on the ground that such deeds were made with intent to hinder, delay, and defraud the bankrupt's creditors.
