Defendant Bell, doing business in Spartanburg, S. C., in response to quotations from plaintiffs, Lamborn & Co., wired them to "book" certain quantities of sugar for him. Lamborn & Co. accepted the orders, and sent forward contracts signed by themselves for Bell to execute and return.
