Francisco Spinnella and his wife arrived at the port of New York from Italy on August 25, 1924. From the testimony before the board of special inquiry it appears that the husband arrived in the United States prior to his last entry in 1905, and his wife in 1910. Both remained in the United States until August 10, 1922. An examination of the visas on their passports reveals that they were issued after warning. They contained the following rubber...
