(1) Plaintiff is a Michigan corporation engaged in the manufacture and sale of Portland cement.

(2) The Huron Transportation Company is also a Michigan corporation, with a capital stock of $10,000, organized to own and operate boats. Its original incorporators were the three principal stockholders of plaintiff...
