This action was brought in the Circuit Court of Bayfield County, Wisconsin, by plaintiff in error, to recover damages for timber cut and removed from his land and converted into lumber by defendant. The Circuit Court rendered judgment for plaintiff, but the Supreme Court of the State reversed this (145 Wisconsin, 528), and remanded the cause with directions to enter judgment...
