This is a bill in equity for an injunction against the sale of certain tanks, fixtures and fittings supplied by the petitioner to the defendant Brewing Company, and for a return of the same. The bill was dismissed by the Circuit Court and the decree was affirmed by the Circuit Court of Appeals. 195 Fed. Rep. 447; ibid.
