Bill in equity by appellants, who were complainants in the Circuit Court, and we shall so refer to them, and to the appellee as defendant, to adjudge defendant trustee for complainants of the S.W. 1/4 of the S.E. 1/4 of section 13, Township 55 North, Range 26 West of the Principal Meridian, and to compel a conveyance to them.
