The Federal question upon which plaintiff relies to sustain our jurisdiction is that under the statutory law of Ohio, set out in his pleading, the transfer of the stock in question was void, and that the Court of Appeals of Kentucky in rendering judgment did not give that full faith and credit to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings...
