We are of opinion that there is no error in the charges given or in the refusal to charge as requested. The sections of the Revised Statutes relating to the District of Columbia were correctly construed by the court. Their meaning is plain. § 715 provides for the case where the party contracts to receive a greater rate of interest than ten per cent. upon...
