Trainer & Sons, from using on ticking manufactured and sold by them the letters "A.C.A." in the sequence here named, alleged by the complainant to be its trade-mark, by which it designates ticking of a particular quality of its own manufacture; and to compel the defendants to account for the profits made by them...
