[+] Steven Torillo on IN RE OPPENHEIMER ROCHESTER FUNDS GROUP SECURITIES LITIGATION
The $181.51 settlement amount I received makes no sense. The "Recognized Claim" amount in the letter I received from the Claims Administrator was $7,030. If I knew I was going to get pennies on the dollar I would not have agreed to go along with the claim. Where do I find a lawyer to represent me.
[+] Deborah Burch on CHAPMAN v. STATE
This is injustice. This is where the 14th amendment comes in.We have no rights.we are inherently unequal. This is unheard of.Where is Mr.Giles Chapman now?

[+] ROBERT P GUTH on IN RE ESTATE OF GUTH
bottom line, my father Walter F Guth was denied what was rightfully his inheritance because a person of questionable character slipped a piece of paper to have Walter E Guth ,who was suffering from end stage of brain tumor, sign over to his assets to them
[+] Christine Childres on U.S. v. KUHL
This man rented a room from my mother during the time he was sending the threatening emails, in fact he sent them from my mother's laptop, which he stole after her death. This man is odd but not mentally impaired. I have seen him switch from being cognitive and capable to play the victim when he thinks it may benefit him.
[+] ella monsivais on U.S. v. DEVON NORTHON GOLDING, M.D.
dr Golding served the indigent, had ro write off thousands of dollars medicaid patients, He never refused to see anyone whether they could pay or not, I ask for mercy for him, Ask anyone in south city about him and it will be a positive answer. I think that this accounts for something.
[+] Dr Robert Weston on BURGOE R. CO., INC. v. BERN TWP. Z.H.B.
I am currently involved with the twp and have always found it extremely difficult to work with them. I always feel "bullyed" and am really treated with respect that a business man and professional deserves although I am always friendly and cordial in my own demeanor. I do not understand how the township can impose setback rules of 25' when the typical property widths in my area are 70'. This means that any and all construction must surely ask for relief unless you construct a 20' wide business. This seems (to me) that the only reason for such strict limitations is financially motivated as it costs $1000's of dollar paid to their consulting firm for each hearing. I will have to go through the added expense of hearings attorney fees and appeals just to put a covered parking area with security lighting for my employees protection and safety, even when we have 5 filed and reported instances of attempted arson. Public safety vs graft. Unconstitutional is an understatment

this is an important decision that will define the state of the law from a learned judge in a jurisdiction that is followed thruout the entire country.
[+] Abribat Benoit on IN RE ADOPTION OF L.C.W.
I didn't receive any comments to this decision regarding the adoption of my daughter by someone who is to old to have his own kids Did you check the step father health ( Under medication...) Did you know that I have asked Leah to come to France for vacations the last 5 years ? Did you check all I have done to live in US during the last 10 years of my daughter. Is it a decision against French people ?
[+] Dora Founds on LeCROY v. STATE
Since this case evolved around rifles, the question of his age was mute. He had been hunting for several years and, therefore, was considered as responsible as an adult. This was not a child who didn't understand what he was doing. He even went out with the search party. The death penalty was justified.
[+] joe vacca on HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL INC. v. INTERNATIONAL UNION
In plain english , was the suit dismissed, and did honeywell lose, or did the UAW lose? I was reading till the end, and see the reference goes from NJ to Indiana without clarity. can someone explain????
[+] lori mozisek on SMITH v. STATE
this man killed my best friend Dondie and her mother Carolyn. I personally think he should of received the death penalty. he knew what he was doing. there are so many holes in this story. first it said she was by her bedroom. when the cops get there she was laying in front door way. I am still not sure what he was given in regards to this crime. did he get the 45 years, or was it reversed to a lesser crime? I have searched the inmate records and have not found him in there. why is that??
[+] Mariam M. Martinez on MARTINEZ v. BOS
The issue of the case was Why? had an Attorney scheduled a Hearing Date to be heard/seen by the Courts so as, both parties could speak with the Judge with out the ok/ permission or Consent of the other person .... the other person being Martinez, the permission or Ok... was a agreement that had never been present to Martinez to be at the Court on a Specific day. She was never given any input to when she would like to be there or when she was able to go... she was just give a day to show up ..... her State Mandandated Right of giving any input on the Calendar Date of when she could be there and have enough time to prepare for the issue was taken away... The State of Florida simply stated by a refusal to Martinez ... that they would not pay for the filing fee so as, she could submit a written complaint that the Attorney for the Defendant had violated a Rule. The entire issue was about the Rules being broken and the State not Being able to Back up its laws...
